Role Summary
Join OCOLO's dynamic sales team to drive business growth and foster relationships with clients in the data center industry. As a Sales Associate, you will work closely under the guidance of the VP of Sales to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets. Key Responsibilities

Sales Support:
- Support the VP of Sales in executing sales strategies.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.

Client Engagement:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across various market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide product information.

Market Research:
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or data center industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
