Malvar One is YCO Cloud's flagship hyperscale data center facility, purpose-built for high-density computing and hyperscalers in Malvar, Batangas, Philippines. It offers 5,392 sqm (58,039 sf) of leasable white space with 75MW total utility power (30MW energized) and a target PUE of 1.3. The facility features scalable redundant power systems, 24/7 multi-layer security, telco-neutral connectivity near Nasugbu CLS, and is the first in the Philippines dual-certified to TIA-942 Rated 3 and ISO 22237 (Availability 3, Protection 3).
