About This Data Center

STT Fairview 1 is strategically located in Metro Manila and is the first of four buildings in the STT Fairview data center campus. It is designed to cater to both hyperscalers and enterprises as the largest and most interconnected carrier-neutral data center in the Philippines. The facility will incorporate a range of sustainable features, including embodied carbon reductions, liquid cooling readiness, and AI readiness, built to global industry standards. STT Fairview 1 is slated to begin operations in 2025, starting with a 4MW capacity and expanding to 12MW by year-end.
