Stream Data Centers' DFW-VIII is a state-of-the-art facility located on a 77-acre hyperscale campus in South Dallas County. This build-to-suit development is designed to support 90 MW and 690,000 SF at full build, with construction currently underway. It offers robust fiber infrastructure, a network-rich environment, and is strategically located away from flight paths, railways, and FEMA 500-year flood plains.
