About This Data Center
QTS has refiled plans for a data center known as DC5 in the Irving area of Dallas, Texas. The $180 million project, located at 6300 Longhorn Drive in Irving, Dallas County, will see a 264,000 sq ft data center constructed. The project, set to start in April 2024 and run until September 2025, will include office space, storage, critical power support spaces, and a screened equipment yard.
