Aurora-Denver Campus

The QTS Aurora-Denver Campus is a large hyperscale data center under construction in Aurora, Colorado. It is set to become one of Xcel Energy’s biggest customers with a planned power capacity of 177 megawatts. The campus will occupy 80 acres and consist of four buildings, initially projected to ramp up to capacity over 10 years. The facility is designed to support a wide variety of clients, including large and small businesses, tech companies, and governmental agencies.
