About This Data Center

A proposed large data center campus in Chesterton, Indiana, intended to be developed on the former Brassie Golf Club property by Provident Realty Advisors. The plan included eight buildings with a 150,000 sq ft footprint each, and an on-site substation. Despite initial plans, the project faced strong opposition from local residents and officials leading to its abandonment.
