VITRO Cebu likes within the urban city of Mandaue. It was primarily built to provide business continuity solutions for enterprise businesses. However, it also appeals to Luzon businesses due to its separate grid and its proven track record for disaster resiliency. During the aftermath of super typhoon Odette that hit the Philippines on December 2019, businesses whose production or backup servers located in VITRO Cebu maintained operations despite the city-wide power failure and fuel scarcity.
