About This Data Center
NXDATA-3 (BUH3) is a highly energy-efficient, purpose-built data center that will provide fully specialized technical space in a single-story building. The facility will be located in the North of Bucharest, approximately 8 km away from the DC NXDATA-1 & NXDATA-2 cluster. Positioned close to Bucharest Ring Road (DNCB), NXDATA-3 has a total electrical capacity of 5MW, out of which 3MW is dedicated to customers’ IT&C equipment, on a technical space of 2,000 square meters (21,500 square feet). It is organized in 4 data halls, each one customizable to customers’ specific requirements.
Set to open in 2026, NXDATA-3 will expand the company’s capacity and strengthen its position as a regional hub. Located nearby Bucharest, the new facility will handle the rising needs for high-density IT infrastructure, diverse network interconnections, and flexible deployment scenarios.
