The Sternhöhe Stuttgart data center is a new colocation facility operated by nexspace data centers GmbH on the Sternhöhe campus in Stuttgart, Germany, set to launch from summer 2026. It features an underground infrastructure for maximum security, EN50600 VK III certification, carrier-neutral connectivity with local ISPs and optional dark fiber, and ultra-low latency for real-time, IoT, and AI processing. Sustainability is prioritized with a design PUE of ≤1.2, utilizing local district cooling and feeding waste heat into the campus heating network.
