About This Data Center
Situated on a 58-acre campus in the quiet Boston suburb of Northborough, Iron Mountain BOS-1 is a 21,000 ft2 facility with 3.6 MW of power and significant potential to scale up. BOS-1 is sustainable and efficient: as well as offering 100% renewable power, it is Boston’s first ever LEED Gold multi-tenant data center, using waterless cooling to save millions of gallons annually. BOS-1 provides customers with in-house access to a range of carriers as well as seamless low-latency cloud and carrier interconnection via the nearby 1 Summer Street strategic interconnection hub.
