Located at 1951 W. Hastings Street on a 3.6-acre site, H5
Chicago represents a significant opportunity to support
hyperscale, cloud, and enterprise customers in one of the
country’s most important connectivity markets. With strong
power and fiber infrastructure already in place, the site is
ideally positioned for rapid development and long-term
scalability.
The 185,000 SF, four-story purpose-built data center is a
tier III design. It will deliver two phases of 18 critical
megawatts each. Once complete, the full campus will
support 36 MW, with phase 1 site planning complete and
energization timelines aligned with ComEd’s infrastructure.
The facility is on track to be ready for service in the first
half of 2027.
Just minutes from Chicago’s primary peering point at 350
Cermak and surrounded by leading fiber providers, this
site blends location, scale, and operational readiness for
cloud and content platforms that need to move quickly—
and grow confidently.
