WA1 (Belmont, Perth): Situated at 37 Abernethy Road, this planned four-story data center aims to deliver 96MW of capacity upon completion, making it the largest in Western Australia. The facility is designed with sustainability in mind, targeting a power usage effectiveness (PUE) of 1.1 and will be powered by a dedicated 150MW wind and solar farm located in East Hyden.
