SYDGPU1 is Australia’s first green & brownfield, sovereign-grade AI Data Centre — delivering 15MW of highdensity, liquid-cooled capacity from Day 1 (Q3 2026), scalable to 96MW. Purpose-built for AI-native, Hyperscale and GPUaaS workloads, SYDGPU1 dramatically accelerates deployment. GreenSquareDC is actively engineering SYDGPU1 to achieve compliance with NVIDIA DGX-Ready Data Centre
standards, including alignment with the GB300 and NVL72 reference architectures. The campus is being designed to support 30–160kW racks via Rear-Door Heat Exchange (RDHx), Direct-to-Chip (D2C), and Liquid-to-Liquid (L2L) cooling — targeting customised design to suit a range of ASHRAE class supplies up to W45 (45C supply).

Located in Sydney’s Norwest Business Park — a secure, fibre-rich, enterprise-zoned precinct — SYDGPU1 is
directly connected to Tier 1 networks including Vocus, TPG, Telstra and NextGen. Other mission critical Data Centres in the precinct include Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Reserve Bank of
