The 17 to 35 MW Trenton site is a heat-reuse data center within a 150,000 ft² repurposed industrial factory, allowing major scaling up possibilities. Featuring a utility-supported ramp up to 35 MW (35-MW existing feeder), 8 MW are available as of today, and another additional 9 MW is secured and will be available by end of 2026, for a total of 17 MW available in the next 12 months.
The site also features a top of the line heat recovery system; a centralized loop supplying heat to an agri-food hub: a vertical farm, a fish and shrimp aquaculture facility, and indoor and outdoor greenhouses.
FirstBlock builds data center campuses around a simple idea: the best digital infrastructure begins with the best energy. Originating in Québec, we developed deep expertise in identifying clean, low-cost power markets and transforming them into high-performance environments for cloud, AI, and HPC operators. Today, we apply that expertise across Canada, selecting regions with stable, low-carbon power and shaping them into liquid-ready, high-density sites optimized for next-generation workloads.
Our campuses turn energy advantages into operational benefits. Advanced hydrocooling and large-scale heat-reuse systems drive consistently low PUE, improving efficiency while reducing environmental impact. Each location is prepared for rapid deployment with permitting, utility alignment, and engineering groundwork already completed, giving tenants a predictable and accelerated path to scale.
By combining energy intelligence, sustainable engineering, and a commitment to long-term cost competitiveness, FirstBlock offers operators a reliable, efficient infrastructure platform built for growth.
