About This Data Center
eStruxture’s CAL-2 Data Center is a state-of-the-art facility designed to Tier III standards. With 93,000 sq. ft of data center space and the possibility for expansion, the facility is the largest data center in the Calgary area. It delivers both best-in-class availability and design flexibility to accommodate high power densities and large-scale deployments. The facility is located in Balzac, a 23-minute drive from our CAL-1 facility. With fully diverse inter-site connectivity between our CAL-1 and CAL-2 facilities, CAL-2 is ideally situated to support conventional fiber optics technologies and synchronous replication while also providing diverse power grid capability.
CAL-2 also enhances geo-redundancy for our Montreal, Toronto, and Vancouver customers and allows them to seamlessly expand into new markets.
