The JN1 Johannesburg International Business Exchange™ (IBX) data center was announced in 2022, with completion of its first phase in mid-2024. The first phase will have a 4MW power capacity and provide room for 690 cabinets in its 20,000 square feet of colocation space. Two additional phases are planned, which at full build-out will give a capacity of 20MW with 3,450 cabinets and 100,000+ square feet of colocation space.
