Digital Realty's New York HVN10 Data Center at 80 Merritt Boulevard in Trumbull, Connecticut, is a purpose-built colocation facility on 8.4 acres, approximately 60 miles from Manhattan, offering regionalized data center solutions with convenient access to major roadways and rail stations. The 228,000 sq ft building includes main data center space and 53,000 sq ft of dedicated Business Continuity Program space, expanded in 2013 to add 70,000 sq ft and 7.5 MVA redundant power supporting 3,375 kW critical IT load. It features concurrently maintainable infrastructure, carrier-neutral connectivity, remote hands services, and Tier 3 equivalent reliability with N+1 redundancy for power and cooling.
