Spanning over 200,000 square feet, this facility is designed to accommodate 30 MW of critical power through five 6 MW data halls, offering extensive scalability for high-growth, compute-intensive workloads. It provides a significant infrastructure foundation suited for artificial intelligence and other advanced technologies, aligning with the Empire A.I. Initiative to establish New York as a national leader in A.I. research and innovation.
