About This Data Center
CyrusOne FRA7 is a state-of-the-art data center located in the heart of Frankfurt, part of a strategic expansion in Europe. This innovative campus is set on a 63,000 square meter plot within the FRANKFURT WESTSIDE, a mixed-use regeneration project. The data center is a product of a partnership between CyrusOne, BEOS AG, and Swiss Life Asset Managers, emphasizing sustainability and efficiency. The facility boasts a total capacity of 81 megawatts across nine data halls housed in two three-story buildings. Designed to achieve a BREEAM 'Very Good' certification, it aims for an annualized PUE of less than 1.3, surpassing European energy efficiency targets for 2030. The center will also utilize up to 40MW of waste heat to support the campus heating network, showcasing its commitment to environmental responsibility. Powered entirely by renewable energy since June 2021, CyrusOne FRA7 is a testament to sustainable practices in the data center industry.
