This project involves retrofitting an existing 125,000 square foot building, transforming it into a cutting-edge data center with no plans to expand its footprint. The facility is strategically positioned within the Richardson Telecom Corridor, providing excellent connectivity and access to essential utilities. The DFW6 data center features a single-story layout with a mezzanine in the front area designated for office space. The site includes an adjacent ONCOR substation, ensuring a robust and reliable power supply. The building is designed to Tier III standards, offering 100,000 square feet of data hall and equipment space, with configurations that can withstand winds up to 190 MPH.
