CyrusOne is set to expand its presence in Texas with a new data center project outside the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The planned facility, known as DFW10, will be located in Whitney, Bosque County. This single-story data center will cover 250,000 square feet and include a two-story office component. The project, which represents a $750 million investment, is scheduled to run from December 2024 to March 2025. The site is strategically positioned near a substation and the 800MW natural gas-powered Bosque Power Plant, ensuring robust power availability.
