It comprises 80k square feet (SF) over 2 floors, with 39k SF of raised floor. The floors are split into six data halls; 12.7k SF 1st floor and 26.4k SF 2nd floor. This facility boasts over 6,500 kW of UPS capacity and a long history of continuous uptime. MEP upgrades were made in 2009 and 2011. DXC will remain a partial tenant during its migration from the facility over the next 12 to 36 months.
