The Blueprint Data Centers facility in Georgetown, Texas, is located at 1201 Westinghouse Road, Georgetown, TX 78626. This 10-acre site is part of a $160 million investment and is planned to span 45,000 square feet. The development is structured in phases, with the first phase expected to deliver 12.5MW of capacity by Q4 2026, followed by a second phase of equal capacity in Q1 2027.
