Spanning over 40 acres, the facility boasts a live data center with 66,000 square feet of space, fully leased and set to deliver its remaining capacity by Q3 2024. Once fully developed, CMH01 will expand to include an additional 320,000 sq ft and become one of the largest data center campuses in the region.
